The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has released the complete schedule for the 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, which will be held in Prague and Ostrava, Czech Republic, from May 10 to 26, 2024.
A total of 16 nations will compete in the tournament, divided into two groups. Group A will feature Canada, Finland, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Slovakia, and the United States. Group B will consist of Austria, Belarus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
The top four teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals, which will be held on May 22 and 23. The semifinals will be played on May 25, with the bronze medal game and the gold medal game scheduled for May 26.
